Renew Your IWMSA Membership for
July 2025 – June 2026

Staying part of the IWMSA community is fast, simple, and packed with benefits. Renew your membership in just three easy steps and continue enjoying all the exclusive access and recognition that comes with being part of our professional network.


How to Renew Your Membership

Step 1: Download Your Invoice if not already received in your Inbox (check junk folder as well) Invoices were emailed during the first week of July 2025.

  • Log into your IWMSA Member Profile (using the Login button on the top right of the IWMSA home page or CLICK HERE)

  • Scroll down to Update My Profile

  • Click on the Financial tab

  • Find your invoice dated July 2025 and email it to yourself (click the red Email button on the right)

Step 2: Pay the Easy Way

  • EFT or Card — to make a card payment, click the VIEW DOCUMENT button in your invoice email

  • Use Name / Company + Invoice or Membership Number as your payment reference

Banking Details are available on the invoice (for EFT):
Standard Bank, Clearwater Branch – Code: 001206, Account Number: 200 129 910

Step 3: Download Your Updated Certificate (Allow 3–5 Days)

  • Log into your IWMSA profile

  • Scroll down to Update My Profile

  • Click on Templates and Download your certificate (valid until 31 July 2026)

  • Your name will automatically appear on the Members in Good Standing page


REMINDER: Boost Your Visibility (Optional but Powerful)

Make your membership work even harder for you:

  • Organisations: Upload your logo under Profile → Edit → Upload → Save & Proceed

  • Add a short abstract to tell people what you do

  • Individual members: Upload a professional photo to your profile

Terms & Conditions

  • IWMSA membership is an annual commitment with renewal fees due in July each year

  • Fee adjustments are unavoidable due to rising operational costs and ensure continued member value

  • If you do not notify us of cancellation by 30 September, you remain liable for the year's fee

  • Rejoining at a later stage will require payment of any outstanding fees and the current annual rate

  • By renewing, you agree to receive email and SMS updates from IWMSA
