Exhibitor passes include tea’s & lunches
NOTE: Exhibitor passes DO not include access to the conference sessions or the Gala Dinner as spaces are limited

PLEASE NOTE:
The IWMSA provides the basic shell scheme as part of your exhibition stand package. This includes the standard items listed in your package; however, any additional artwork, furniture, or custom stand elements are not included. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging any enhancements, decorations, or bespoke features they may require.

To assist with this, exhibitors are welcome to work directly with our preferred suppliers, who can provide a range of services to customize your stand to meet your specific branding and display needs. This ensures your exhibition presence is both professional and impactful, while allowing flexibility to create a stand that best represents your organisation.
